Standard Shipping and Handling

All items that are in stock will be shipped within five business days. (Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.)

Backordered items and special orders will be shipped as soon as they are available. We do our best to advise you, via our website when you place your order, as to when we expect backordered items to arrive. Please understand, though, that arrival time on backorders depends how fast our suppliers are able to ship to us, and that may in turn depend on the schedule of the mill which is producing and/or printing the fabric. Please keep your order confirmation e-mail, as it contains the expected arrival dates for backordered items!

USA orders are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2 - 3 days to be delivered by the Post Office. Very large orders may be sent by FedEx ground. Backorders may be shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or FedEx, at our discretion.

International orders are sent by Priority Mail International, through the US Post Office. We have found that generally these packages are delivered to the customer in 2 - 3 weeks. However, delays can and do occur on international shipments, and our customers have told us that it often takes 6 weeks for packages to be delivered to Italy, France, and Spain.
