Here are some possible scenarios as to why you did not receive the “order confirmation” email: Either your spam blocker, your ISP or your email client are blocking the “order confirmation” email. We recommend you check your spam folder to ensure that the “order confirmation” email has not been filtered as spam or ask your ISP if they are blocking any of your email. - or - You may have mistyped your email address during the purchase process. If you believe that you mistyped your email address at the time of the purchase, and you would us to e-mail you a copy of your order, please contact us.

Sales tax: We are required to collect New York State Sales tax on all shipments to addresses within New York State. For details, click here.

Sample Swatches: We regret that due to time constraints as our business grows, we can no longer offer sample swatches. Instead, we have reduced our minimum cut to 1/4 yard. This is a linear cut, 9" x the width of the fabric, not "fat quarters". Since many of our fabrics are large scale prints, a quarter yard cut will give you a much better idea of the overall effect of the design. Please note that some fabrics are sold by the panel or pattern repeat; those we cannot sell a partial cut of because it ruins the design.

Flame Retardant Fabrics: Most local Fire Ordinances require that when using fabric for display purposes in a public building, they must be Flame Retardant. Please note that NONE of our fabrics are flame retardant, and NONE of our fabrics meet the flammability standards for children's sleepwear.

Fabric Manufacturing: We are not a fabric manufacturer. If you have an idea for a fabric design, you must seek out a fabric manufacturer. It is very expensive to bring a design to print, so please be aware that fabric companies will not print less than 1500 - 3000 yards at a time.
