Our policy regarding canceled orders and refused or returned packages

Cancelled orders: If your order has not yet been packed, and you wish to cancel it, please call or e-mail us and we will certainly accommodate your request. If you cancel by e-mail we will send a reply confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive a reply to your e-mail, then you should assume that your e-mail did not reach us! Once your order has been cut and/or packed, it may not be canceled or changed.

Special orders: If we have special ordered a fabric for you, it may not be cancelled if our supplier has already sent it to us.

Refused packages: If you place an order, and we in good faith fill it, and then you refuse the package (return it to sender) it will be treated as an unauthorized return, and the following conditions will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all fabrics, with the exception that cuts of less than one yard of fabric will not be refunded at all as such small cuts are difficult to re-sell. No refund will be issued on special orders.

Undeliverable packages: Occasionally a package is undeliverable due to an error in address, or if there is no mail receptacle for it to be delivered to. If we make a mistake in the address, we will ship it again at our expense. But if the problem is not our fault, such as in the case of no mail receptacle or if we were provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we must charge shipping to send the package a second time. Please be sure that your address is complete when placing your order - especially if an apartment number is required!
