Shipping Rates and Information

For shipping rates and methods, please choose from the following:
Domestic Shipping
   (anywhere in the US, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO / FPO addresses)
International Shipping
   (outside of the US)

Shipping policy: all in stock fabrics are shipped within five business days. (Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.)

If you are in a hurry, we suggest placing your order by phone as we may be able to expedite it.

Delivery Time: please click here to learn how long it takes for a package to reach you, once we have shipped it.

Backorders: You will not be charged for backordered items until the items are in stock and ready to be shipped. For US shipments, backorders will be shipped at no extra cost. For international shipments, we will contact you by e-mail, to find out whether you would like to wait for all items to come in, cancel the backordered items, or split your order into several shipments (at an additional cost).

A signature will be required for all packages valued at over $150, and may be required for packages of lesser values at our discretion. We regret any inconvenience this may cause; however we do this for your protection, to ensure that a valuable package is not left unattended or in a common mail area. In such cases, if you are not home when delivery is attempted, USPS will leave a notice advising you that they have a package for you. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier promptly to request redelivery, or to arrange pickup at your local Post Office. USPS will hold a package for up to 30 days before returning it to us. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will attempt to contact you; be advised that we must charge you whatever it costs us to re-ship the package.

Undeliverable packages: Occasionally a package is undeliverable due to an error in the address, or if there is no mail receptacle for it to be delivered to. If we make a mistake in the address, we will ship your order again at our expense. But if the problem is not our fault, such as in the case where there is no mail receptacle or if we were provided with an incorrect or incomplete address, we must charge you whatever it costs us to send the package a second time. Please be sure that your address is complete when placing your order - especially if an apartment number is required!

Unclaimed or refused packages: You will receive a refund for the cost of the product(s) less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that we will not ship to hotel addresses or other temporary addresses.
